Davidson's Drive-by Details is a fully insured mobile valeting business and we aim for 100% satisfaction when carrying out our services, we pride ourselves on all our work, which is why you will often see images posted on our social media platforms. If you do not wish your vehicle to be posted online or if for whatever reason, you are unhappy with a service that we have provided for you, please contact us within 24 hours (with images) so that we can discuss this directly with you and offer a date and time to rectify the issue.
We require as much notice time as possible and we aim to always fit you in at our earliest opportunity. Customers should remove all personal belongings/valuables from the vehicle prior to interior work being carried out as Davidson's Drive-by Details will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle being worked on.Our service times are estimate only, each vehicle is different and may require more or less time than originally stated.All our prices shown on flyers, social media platforms, given via email/messages or telephone are estimates only and are subject to change once staff have sight of the vehicle. The estimate may be changed should the vehicle require less or more work than requested or if the vehicle is not as described to us at the time of booking. For example - if the vehicle is heavily soiled with pet hair, mud and sand then this will incur an additional charge. All of this will be discussed and agreed with the customer prior to any work being carried out. We offer a free, no-obligation vehicle inspection (upon request) prior to any booking being made.Whilst every effort will be made to keep our maintenance customers bookings to the same day and time each week, we can not guarantee this.All of our services are carried out at the customers own risk and you must disclose to us all defects, damage or weaknesses in your vehicle.PAYMENTS We will email customers an invoice upon completion. If any customer would prefer a paper invoice then please let us know and we will be happy to assist.

Payments by cash must be paid for on the day.Payments made via BACS must be paid within 3 days - this is highlighted on invoice. Failure to pay on time will occur a late payment fee. Please note we do not accept payment via cheque or PayPal.
We require all customers to provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any bookings, this allows us time to replace the appointment with another customer. Failure to provide 48hrs notice will occur a charge at half the cost of the service booked in for that day. Should you wish to cancel your booking 24hrs prior or on the day or if your vehicle is not available and ready when we attend then you will be charged the full cost of the service booked in for that day. We operate all year around however in the event of circumstances out with our control, such as adverse weather/equipment failure or illness then we may need to cancel our service for you, in this instance we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to notify you of the cancellation and we will then offer a priority booking to you at your earliest convenience.
